You want users to see different sets of 3D geometry based on their choices.
Depending on how many choices they can make, there is probably no way you
could prepare that many different 3D models - even if they were in the same
DWF file (which they could be). Based on my experience, publishing blocks of
3D data and then merging them is a more difficult task than configuring an
authoring tool to publish the correct result for you. The publishing tool,
such as Inventor, does the culling and merging for you. DWF is a published
format used for data exchange.

Hello Scott,
Thanks for your response. OK, but that sounds like a lot of work.
Is it possible to publish a single DWF to slide through iPart-Members? Like
changing a member of an iPart-family in Inventor? That would be great. So I
can create an single DWF and see different members of an iPart-mother. I
know, I can create a multi DWF-sheet. But that is not what i want. I want a
reference to a single document.
Can you help me?
Best, Alex
