Collaboration not updating

I gave this a go this morning between two PC's in the office, but when one PC made some markups, panned etc, the other PC didn't live update. Same in the other direction too.
Is there something that I'm not aware of, or doing wrong?

As far as I can tell the collaboration portion of Project Freewheel is
working. What were the characteristics of the DWF file being reviewed? What
it really large? Did it have a lot of pages?

I've tried a few projects now, all with the same results.
Used both Firefox 2.0.0.11 and IE 7.0.
The projects are being published directly out of Revit Architecture (latest build), and are only a single view. No multiple views at this stage.

If I have a shared session, and say the other person makes a markup, it won't be reflected in my browser until I Exit the session and rejoin.

I also have instances where I can't switch between sessions. The most recently opened session stays on screen indefinitely.

We have logged a defect on this issue. Thanks for the test case. This is the
kind of exposure we need to be able to hone the Project Freewheel
experience.

Scott;

Has this been resolved?
I just installed on 3/14/2008
and experieced the same thing (Not updating)
I was logged on on both computers as the same user,
The markup notes (Text) is a little hard to control, and After making mistakes could not fiqure out how to delete the text already in-place
Thanks Scott for any info
(Do others need to get registered with Freewheel (Labs) in order to join in the viewing?

The 3D/2D ShareNow add-in does the publishing of a design to Project
Freewheel. We have been updating it to make it work with flavors of AutoCAD,
various Inventor versions such as 2008 and 2009, and Revit versions. For the
moment, all that is changing on the publishing side is where ShareNow can be
installed. ShareNow instructs the design application to publish a DWF,
uploads the DWF to Project Freewheel, and invokes the browser with Project
Freewheel so you can see it. So your 3/14/2008 install only affects this
part of the equation.

Once a DWF is up on Project Freewheel, whether it got there from ShareNow or
by using Project Freewheel's file upload, or pointing Project Freewheel to a
DWF file already on the web using the URL of the DWF, Project Freewheel and
the browser take over. Installation is out of the picture. To delete a
markup item that you have added, you can click on the "Markup List" icon in
the Markup toolbar. A list appears. You can then click on the red "X" next
to the markup you wish to delete. The other people who also join your
session need to login. Project Freewheel keeps track of the participants and
includes their names next to the callouts they add. That way you know who
said what during a session.
