can't get this to work from http://freewheel.autodesk.com/developers.aspx
"Sample Code: Add thumbnail images to DWF links Instead of using plain text to
link to DWF files, use this javascript code snippet to automatically generate
thumbnail images (which, when clicked, will open the design in the Freewheel
viewer). Just add this code to your catalog pages and you'll immediately get
rendered images. Learn more." I've added the javascript code snippet to the
end of HTML BODY just above the tag I then added the two lines below to the
HTML body. The frist line references a DWF file on my local drive and the
second references a DWF file that I uploaded to Freewheel. But thumbnail
images are not generated and the links no not work on the web page. If I copy
"http://freewheel.autodesk.com/use.aspx?path=ADSKFW%3a%2f%2ff3%5c5f%5c3e%5c62%5c74%5cec%5c6a%5c71%5c0a%5c71%5cb7%5c7c%5c2a%5c6a%5c42%5cc4%5c09%5c75%5cb1%5c22%5cOil+Fill-01.dwf"
to my browser address bar and hit enter it does bring the file in Freewheel.
Do the DWF files have to be uploaded to Freewheel? Or can they be launched
form anywhere accessable to the internet? This techonlogy looks like just what
I need if I could only get it to work. Any help will be appreciated!
