Repetitive work orders

I have dozens of air handlers:
Does it make sense to create a different work order for each air handler for the same bi-yearly operation (coil cleaning), with FM software??

mistersq -

If all the air handlers will be serviced in the same cycle you could create one multi asset work request listing the air handlers to be serviced. This will create one work request with each equipment asset listed, it will have a check box next each to record.

If you will be setting the service cycle to have a different unit serviced on different days or weeks - then going with separate work request would be the best way.
