Flow Design in Revit 2014 not working

Hi,

I already installed Flow Design but the option isn't showing in Revit 2014, I have opened Revit 2014 as administrator and tried to install again Flow Design but still isn't working. Please, help.

Flow Design will run in in the 64 bit versions of Revit (onebox) and Revit Architecture 2014 and 2015.

Are you using a 64 bit OS? Can you confirm you are also using the 64 bit version of Revit or Revit Arch? Did you install Flow Design after Revit?

I have re-installed revit 2014 in 64 bit version and after that re-installed flow design still nothing, and i still have the problem with Autodesk 360 Sync, no matter if I put my time zone and location or any other, never syncs.
