Hi, I want to know if I import an .stl model from Shape Design from Catia V5, can produce differents results versus the same .stl model but now from a Body Design from Catia V5, because I think that it had differents results, doesn't must to make a differents results, of Cd Drag, isn't it?

If the two STL files are the same and the models are set up the same way (tunnel size, speed, resolution, model units, etc) you should see the same result.
