Error: large assembly replaced by sphere

Hi everyone,

Im trying to load a reasonably large assembly (5000 total parts, 900 unique). IAfter about 6 minutes I will return to the window and find a simple sphere being analysed in the airflow, even though it has the file name of the assembly I intended to load, displayed. I can load smaller assemblies without trouble. Any explanation?

try to export your model in 3ds format, if you select other cad types such as dwg, flow design just identifies a sphere...
