Why can't we export a watermarked version?

The training versions are all watermarked. While it's annoying to work with, I can see why you would do that. But not allowing export seems a little unnecessary. Just watermark the export? 

The workaround is to do a screen recording in QT player. 

It just seems a little mean and not in the spirit of training. Sharing is what training is all about.
