No media

I just installed Flame tutorial.  In media hub all media imports as "no media".  MP4 mov mts, wav ping jpg , nothing shows.  The names show but they all display black thumbnails with 'no media'.

Hi @carold886Y4TXD,

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue. In .mov files where both audio and video tracks are present, it can happen that one track is shorter than the other one. To preserve the integrity of the source, if the audio track is shorter than the video one, silence is added to fill the gap. If the video track is shorter, No Media slates are added instead.

Thanks for the reply.  However, no media is showing up at all, just the names.  I have gigs and gigs of footage of all file types and nothing shows but the names and nothing imports. Nothing will import.  The thumbnail is black and says 'no media'.  A- V-
