Is there an easy way to convert (and save) 2D to 3D in Autodesk viewer?

I am a total newby with knowledge barely high enough to get the free Autodesk viewer to display dwg files.

Is there a way if I provide it with 2D dwg(s) it can convert it to 3D and allow me to save it?

The drawing itself is very simple but it does have a curving contour--shaped sort of like a thick potato chip.

If the free autodesk app can't do this, is there any other SIMPLE and free app that can do this?
