FBX plug-in 2012.2 failed to initialize in 3DSMax.

I installed the 2012.2 fbx plugin on 3ds max 2010 32bit. but when I boot the max, it failed to load the fbx plugin, it says:

“failed to initialize Error code 127”

my system is windows7 64bit, the max already installed sp1.

Somebody help me~~~

Hello diosama,

I am unable to reproduce your problem. Could you please tell us the following:
1. At what point do you get the 3dsmax.exe error? Does Max UI open up and then crash?

2. When exactly do you get the initialization error? If Max does start, what do you see in the plug-in manager next fbxmaya.dul?

3. Can you give us the steps you do to get the problem? That we can have a better idea on how to duplicate your problem.

In the meantime, I would uninstall the plug-in you have and try again with a new install. You can find the plug-in here:
