About FBX SDK license 2016

Hello,

We want to add an FBX Import/Export/Animation function to our softwares. this software will be provided in Web service or App.

According to the license, Using FBX SDK for commercial purposes is free, but the clause must to be included.
Do all end users must agree to license?

Or, would be sufficient adding the clause in our licence?
