Allow reposition tool to work with ANY 3D object (not just assets)
I want the ability to use the reposition tool on anything that I like in an assembly - not just FDS Layouts. Using constraint to rotate things about the Z axis is very cumbersome. I am "what-if-ing" - why do I need to constrain?
NX has a "move by constrain"-function in addition to what you described. It's honestly quite briljant. You can move parts with deadly precision but it's not set in stone. If it's not ok, just grab the part and chuck it aside.
