Hotfix to Factory Ribbon missing in FDS 2017

This exact same issue doesn't exist in 2018, since 2017 SP1 is included in 2018.
What is the issue you are running into? The Factory ribbon isn't there? Partially there? Buttons are not working? etc

Not sure this will solve your problem, but if your Factory ribbon is missing, you can always try following the steps here and see if the ribbon displays.
