Factory tab missing from Ribbon

Using FDSP 2017 in ACAD Mechanical 2017.  My images on my buttons have disapeared.  Any idea on how to get them back?

This exact same issue doesn't exist in 2018, since 2017 SP1 is included in 2018.
What is the issue you are running into? The Factory ribbon isn't there? Partially there? Buttons are not working? etc
