Factory Design Suite 2017 download

Hi

I had been asked to upgrade our "Factory Design Suite 2016" to "Factory Design Suite 2017", at work. Without knowing better, I downloaded the latest version from Autodesk without deleting the previous version. I thought it would also replace the old with the new. But as you probably know, this is not what happened.

I then later delete all files from "Factory Design Suite 2016" with autodesk uninstall tool. This has resulted in that there is some "material" and some "appearance" that has disappeared.
And I can't use frame generator anymore. When I press the icon, the dialog box does not appear.

Has anyone had the same problem and can help me.
I've been looking for an explanation myself, but without success.

did you try reinstalling 2017 again?

best way is to first uninstall,

do a clean uninstall: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcartic...

then restart, and install 2017 ...

for your colors and templates you need to set you settings right, so the correct designdata and templates can be found.
