Can't see the factory tab

Hi everyone,

I am using Inventor Professional and Factory Design Utility to design a factory layout but I can't visualize the factory tab and therefore layout and the other functionalities are not working. 
Does anyone knows the reason?

Could you please check if the factory design utility is loaded in Inventor?

I reinstalled the programs and now I have the factory tab but is missing the "system assets" command/folder. See picture attached.
 Any idea?

you moved to here. You can move it to the side of the Inventor window.

Still don't see it in there and neither if I press on Pallets- Asset browse.

It already shown in the window. Yon need to move it to another position by drag and drop the pallet.
