Process Analysis 360 Not Working

Process Analysis 360 will not load properly. I have tried on multiple computers with the same result. The program attempts to start (gets to the "Starting Application" in browser), but nothinge ever happens atfer that. I even tryed the Manual Installatin version, which gives me a propmt stating "Apllication cannot be started. Contact the application vendor." Please help.  This issue started in the afternoon of 10/6.

Hi,

Did PA360 work before on your machine?  Since you tried on multiple computers, do all of them have PA360 installed before?  Can you send me the installer log file at the following folder on your machine?

"%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp\OPSInstaller.txt"

My email is jun.zhang@autodesk.com.

Thanks,

Jun

Yes, PA360 worked on my machine before this issue started. Friday, 10/3, I was able to use the program and early Monday, 10/6, unitl around noon. The other machines checked were not using the manual installation version.

I have emailed you the requested file.

Thanks for your log file. From your log file, the error is ClickOnce installer error code 0x80070005. Please try the suggestions from the following link,
