thats an autocad function

you can export to a .stp file and open in 2013

but you will lose your feature history

HI there.

It not possible to send an IPT file from a New version to an old version of Inventor. But It works the other way around, if you have and IPT 2012 and open with Inventor 2015 no problem. it works like charm.

However, the best options to send a file from an early version would be .STEP, IGES.

Hope it helps
