one DWG file

Hi, I am using The following Procedures :

1-Create 2D factory assets in AutoCAD Arch./Mech file.

2-Insert the DWG file as overlay.

3-Autplace 3D Assets.

4-Completing the 3d Layout in Inventor.

5-Exporting  a new 2D Factory layout using :Create/Update DWG.

I found that the the last step produce DWG file with xref.

Also any updates appear in the exported file not in the first DWG overlay file .

I just want to know:

If there any possibilty to use just one DWG file that can synchronize any updates between AutoCAD & Inventor?
