Installation problem for factory design suite

Hi,

I have tried download from the site but it keep show network failure while initializing Akamai NetSession Interface, I tried to find from forum and try to download from http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk... i have tried FDSU 2014 but it said file corrupt error, and i tried FDSU 2013 but it stop at halfway ectracting and said error of file missing(something like that).

Please help with this.

Hello there,

did you try not to use the browser download, but to install directly?

Might be working just as it should, smaller files are more likely to be

transferred without flaw I guess, even if the connection is not as good

as it ought to be.

Are other downloads corrupted too? Perhaps you´re suffering from

poor connection quality. Did you try to unpack the downloaded file

on a different computer to check if it might be a hardware issue

(RAM, OC ect.). Did you check the checksum of the archives for va-

lidity?
