Getting parameters of multiple assets

Hello there,

i need to connect two assets placed on top of each other to a third asset and i wondered if it is possible to communicate the total height of the first to assets to have the third asset adopt to the overall height...

Is this possible? Any hints, suggestions and reworks are very welcome. As far as i know it is not possible but it would come in VERY handy.

Kind regards

Daniel

Hello Daniel.

I am sorry I didn't quite understand what is desire. As so far, my understanding is that you want to get the length between of the two assets and then automatically assign the value to the third asset.

Please have a look at the video which is second developed by our cistomer. Maybe it is similar as what you want.

Thanks,

Please mark as a solution if somehow I got it right.

Hello Xuesong,

the demo looks promising but it´s not quite what i´ve been looking for.

I attached a picture to illustrate the requirements to be met.

There are two values that should adapt to match the third value equalling the real total height.

I hope this humble explanation is good enought for you 🙂

Best wishes

Daniel
