I´d pretty much recommend to redownload the file to a different location.
Do you have administrator privileges? Even if so you should run the up-
date as an admin.
Did you also locate the original install files when updating Navisworks?
I had to plug in and assign the Autodesk FDS USB drive as a source
while installing, this might be the file the installer is asking for. Perhaps
you browsed to the downloaded file when requested the original files.
To verify your download file is not corrupted you might have a look at the
checksum. I think it can be provided by Autodesk or by any user with a
checksummer and a working download.
