Chain Asset Placement Issues

I've tried multiple, multiple times to use a published chain asset of a wall.

When I layout the chain asset in AutoCAD and sync it with Inventor, the corner walls flip axis, they turn red, I get errors saying it cannot find particular part files. 

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've tried so many times but it is not robust.

I've made sure the connector axis are right (Z-axis up). If I use the assets normally (not published in a chain) they work fine. I'm using iLogic to be able to turn plaster and skirting on/off.
