Service Types Layers

 I would like the ability to copy/paste/edit any portion of the 'Service Types' spreadsheet to another part of the spreadsheet without having another poppup come up. Please, see attached image. Essentially making it work like excel. Currently you cannot select just one item and paste it to another part of the spreadsheet, you have to double click the line then make the change in the poppup dialog box.

 Or another option is to have the ability to export the layers defined under the 'Service Types' to excel then import them back in.
