Hanger Pattern CID 838 Enhancements (seismic)

1) To have the ability to specify seismic rod types eg: strut, cable etc.

2) Make the pattern "able" to stretch individual rods independantly. And have them stretch in an elevation view to change the brace angle.

3) Seismic attachment needs the ability for multiple points. Such that larger braces need 2 attachment points per brace.

This would make the seismic worlds better and also be accurate to how and what we draw.
