When trying to filter for "Options" in reporting, I set my filter with the proper index, say #15, then I'll jump to another field and when I go back to my original filter for option #15 it has reverted back to option #1. I should note I also have option #1 in my reporting fields as well but this should not be defaulting to the wrong field for filtering.
So... Before I say it's completely broken, I can say I just tried to move the indexed #15 option "up" in the list and it works as it should. Just need to make the indexes stay with the options where ever they are in the list.
