Our studio has a network license for Ecotect. It installs the Weather Tool, but once you open it an error message pops up indicating that it can't find a license. Ecotect works perfectly. What do we have to do to get the Weather Tool activated properly?
Do we have to purchase something in addition to our network license?
This was such a problem with an early version of the WeatherTool released just after the transition. If you download and install a later version of Ecotect, this should sort it out for you. Detailed information on how to get a download link is available at:
