Unexplainable low surface area error - 1050

I am trying to do a model with adjacent zones, but I keep receiving the same modelling error message "1050". It is strange, because the error applies only to some zones, although I modelled all of them in the same way.

- I have checked that all child objects are linked to their parent objects.

- I checked that alternate materials are matching between adjacent elements.

- I checked that surface normals are correct (pointing outwards).

This is very annoying, because when I manage to solve the issue for one zone, then I set another zone (which is not even adjacent to the previous) exactly in the same way and I get the error message again for the first zone (without having made any changes to the zone). Any possible explanations for this?

Thank you.

Adding more information to the case:

- I think that a probable explanation for the low surface area message might be caused because adjacent surfaces and floor surfaces are considered as unexposed areas. This results in a low exposed area in most of the zones, but I am not sure if I should just skip the error message and continue with the simulation, or fix something that might be wrong with my zones.

- I checked the geometry and all the zones are correctly closed.

Can you send the model to jgardze1@uwyo.edu?
