time zone for self-made weather files

hi there,

i'm creating my own weather file for kabhoul area with a mixture
of interpolated data i got from a meteorological institute and
output from meteonorm.

my question is what time zone is used within the weather files
for ecotect? the data from the met institute is utc, i don't know
about the meteonorm output.

do i need to shift data to kabhoul time zone?

i hope someone can clear this up to me. thanks in advance,

Time in ecotect and weatool is local standard time. If your location is not within GMT(UTC), you must shift time to your local standard time.
