Solar insolation results strange

Currently running a Solar Insolation Calcuation over a surface.

Results show only 'yellow' range and the values in the top right corner range only from 1.00Wh/m2 (yellow) down to 0.00 (blue). Running Cumulative Radiation for 22nd June, only one day.

Seems the range set is too low?

Was using Singapore as weather file location, then changed to Perth to see if any difference, but same result.

I would have thought that the values can be altered from max to min, but dont know how.

Am I missing something, or is there anything wrong with weather files?

Perth.wea file came with software, so this must be OK
