It's probably due to thermal mass in the building and perhaps you have lots of exposed glass. Glazing contributes to solar heat gain, which would raise your cooling loads.

You also might look into your zone settings. Verify the occupancy level and the activity, as this might be internal load dominated space and that extra layer of insulation (wall thickness) is preventing building to cool off during the diurnal cycle. Heat is being trapped within that specific zone. You might modify the infiltration rate, size of the opening or the amount of sensible heat being released within that zone.
