Importing weather data from CSV file - Ecotect

Hi,

I created a CSV file from files received from the U.S. Department of Energy.

I have imported the file in weather manager of Ecotect but the graph indicate values not corresponding with the data I have.

Attacched file in xls and csv. I've created also a cff file but cant send you.
