Hello there,

You are doing the right thing if you are clicking "New".

One thing to look for: when setting up your analysis grid, make sure you have less than 250,000 sensor points, as Winair is limited to that number unless you are using BigWinair.  I think it should tell you before you can run Winair that you are over your limit, but it's a good place to start.

Here are my typical step-by-steps for using Winair:

1. Set up analysis grid.
2. Calculate CFD cell blockage - boundaries.
3. Export WinAir geometry file .geo
4. Open WinAir.
5. Load the .geo file.
6. Load the control file .CON.
7. Select output file.
8. Run the data.
9. Set the number of iterations.
10. Import the CFD output .DAT file.
11. Select "New"

If that still does not work, send along a picture of your Winair settings while still in Ecotect 9wind speed, direction etc...)

Cheers,

Olivier
