Chicago .WEA file

I was curious as to why there is no Chicago .WEA files located on Ecotect's site. Its one of our largest cities and yet its not up there. I downloaded the .TMY2 data and opened it with the weather tool. I saved it as a .WEA file and then opened it with Ecotect. Is this the correct thing to do? I am unsure if this is the right process. Thanks

I can email anyone the .WEA file if they need it as well. I downloaded the .TMY2 data off of http://rredc.nrel.gov/solar/old_data/nsrdb/tmy2/State.html
