1st and 2nd run of radiance give varied results

Hi

I have created a atrium well and running radiance onto a grid within the well. When I run radiance for the first time I get an ADF of 14% and then when running exactly the same drawing a second time I get 43% ADF . I know the 43% ADF is wrong , but do not know why Radiance is doing this. The reason I ask Is I have 114 Atrium wells to analys and would like to run these one after another on the same drawing with out haveing to open and close ecotect every time. I also need to know why Radiance would include such varying results(is there some sort of data stored in memory that is corupting results).
