nParticle collision / incompressability

Hello, as the picture show it, i'm trying to fill a model with nParticles.

nParticleIncompressibility.jpg

For now and the preview week, I've been searching how would I do and the best result is this one... It tooks around 100h to nCache the nParticle for 2400 frames, and around 1 800 000 nParticles. And as you can see the model is not even half filled.

The first frames tooks less than 2s for the nCache. The last frame around 30mnutes.

For me I have a problem of collision. As you can see the particles are overlaping to each other.
On the Maya help it says to put incompressability to 1 so it doesn't overlap, and should then collide more with each other, and take more space... because here it would take around 10m particles to fill the model... and around a year to simulate I guess.

The nucleus is set to space scale 2.000 to help filling faster the model.
The incoming emiter on the top right is emiting 20 000 particle/s. and there is 2 air field to help particles going to the right direction.

Any can help me fixing this ? Thank you !

I'm using Maya 2014 on Windows 8 and i7 2600k 16Go RAM.

After 2 days of research, the issues is fixed by enabling "self collide".

Of course the first frames takes much longer to simulate, but the simulation will take less time because the model is filled way faster and then, no need to do 3000 frames.
For now with 45 000 particles, the model is almost 1/4 filled... when It would need almost 1 000 000...

Hello...

Well the project is still going on.
I tryed to render the nparticle but something strange is happening. In fact the particle are moving quite fast when in the air, but on collision, they are really slow and stick to the collider.

Check this movie :

How can I fasten the nparticle movement ?
