nCloth - drive nConstraint glue strength after collision?

hello!

is it possible to drive the glue strength of an nCloth dynamicCsonstraint (in this case a transform constraint), so that it can be disabled or reduced for the areas of the nCloth object, where already a collision happened?

to make the problem clearer.. i would like to have a high glue value to start with, but once the objects gets hit and starts to break, i would like to lower the glue value, so thats the shattered pieces dont start to cuddle and stick together again once they hit the floor for example.

hope my problem is understandable and someone has an idea! thanks!
