Bullet scene scale time scale?

I originally created a domino simulation with the scene scale set to centimeters.  The simulation works well but feels "slow".  Does scene scale matter?  What affects the speed of the simulation?

Also, what does Bullet 3.0 offer?  I'm on mac btw.

Unlike animation, with simulation you can't really play with the animation speed of the elements unless you plot the motion and then remove the simulation.

As the demo artist illustrates here with Alembic in this case:

Changing the scale will affect the simulation.

You may want to adjust the "Mass" of the objects for a faster reaction to the forces.

This requires some testing.

Due to the V3.0 restrictions you may be better off with Bullet V2.8 for now.

However if you want to test V3.0, here is some info:

Thanks.
