Bifrost training / tutorials?

Anyone know of any good beginner tutorials or training for Bifrost other than the parts 1 and 2 videos from Autodesk or the one by Daryl Obert on Bifrost shaders? Those seem to be the only things coming up in my searches. Nether Digital Tutors nor Simply Maya have anything on Bifrost that I can see. Maybe it is still too new?

I managed to export some basic bifrost sims to Octane Render and these worked really well but now I need to learn how to better control them to produce more of what I want.

In the Maya docs there is a Bifrost section which contains workflow videos.
