Can anyone explain why when, as part of a Rotation Selection Set, I select a StretchAction/Parameter with a window the resultant block performance is peculiar, but when I pick the parts of the Stretch separately everything works as expected?
Attached drawing contains 2 blocks - Test 1 works OK, Test 2 does not. The only difference is that for Test 1 I picked each component of the Rotation set separately.

Because you are including the Actions in your selection set.
Remove the Stretch Action from the Rotation selection set in Test 2 and all will be good.
(Notice that by your Window Selection with Test 2 you truly did pick each and every component. Where as in Test 1 you forgot to pick the Stretch Action as well... What made you blink?)

YES! Thanks Charles!
That works really nice! Only thing I would add to make it a little easier to work with is a linear parameter. This way you won’t reform the drawing by moving your mouse up or down.
