Palette Missing

Howdy~
I am not sure why my block authoring palette is missing. Is there a way to get it back?

Sure, click on the palette button top of the screen in the BE window,
right hand side of block name.

found them under UserProfile/Application Data/Autodesk/AutoCAD 2007/Support/Author Palettes
