New Visibility State not showing up in drop-down

I have a dynamic block with visibility states in it. Today I added a new state to the list, moved it up to where it belongs, and it's not being added to the drop-down list when I go to test the block (outside of the block editor).

Any reasons you can think of that may cause this, and any suggestions on how to fix this would be very appreciated! Thank you in advance!

First thought is that a previous instance of the block already exists and therefore you are not testing the revised block.

I do not know the command to update all instances of the block in the drawing to the revised block but think there is a sync command to do so.
