Charles, where have you been it seems like months since we heard from you here on the forum, is everything OK.

Thanks for noticing!

I have happily been absolutely swamped with work and after nearly five years of just pittance being ahead of the game recently has felt nice (even though I am a month behind). I logged job 102 today. A busy year is 90-100; might top out at about 130+ jobs before 2015.

I do miss the time on the Forums and even my wife remarked that she knew I had missed it as well.

We are also in the process of building an Office space and MIL suite in the backyard. Too much to do.
