Modify Dynamic Blocks

We receive dynamic blocks from the architect but we need to get them to display a different layer and color. the only way we have found to modify the dynamic block is by double clicking and changing the color of every part of that dynamic block. i have found a lisp called fix block that sets the block layer to 0 and a lisp called setbylayer that changes the block color to 0 but that doesn't work on dynamic blocks. i have attached an example of one of the dynamic blocks im having trouble with. i was also wondering if there was a way to either explode the dynamic block and still keep the right part of the dynamic block visible.
