Linetype Scale in Dynamic Blocks

I have a dynamic block I've created with a Lookup to select the scale for the token. Everything in the block increases or decreases depending on what scale is selected. However, in my block I have a Centerline linetype and no matter what scale I select to enlarge/shrink the block the linetype scale always stays the same. Is there a way to have the linetype scale change with the scale selection of the block?

I can't check this right now, but I'm pretty sure that blocks don't support LTscale.

The LT scale of your linetype will be governed by the usual four culprits.
