See the attached file. Is the described behavior possible with a dynamic block?
I do not believe so.
Maybe with Constraints and formulas but that too seems not doable.

That's cool. How did you get the block properties controlled by the grip stretch grip? Whenever I have added a block properties table, all the movement grips go away...
Maybe because the parameters in the chart need to be in a specific order. Refer to my last attachement and notice the chart and the dynamic block has 8 move parameter and are in numerical order from 8-1 (left to right) and the stretch parameter is at the end.
I know the reason for the grips not showing is because the chart doesn't match the dynamic block.
I figured it out. Only grips that are turned on AND have a different value for each row of the table will show. If that last criterion wasn't present it would make for some excellent and vastly expanded functionality.
