Filtering Blocks

I've usually got hundreds of layers in my Civil 3D drawings, even though I might only use 20 or 30. All those unneccessary layers are not a problem because Re-Naming or Deleting Layers is easy, and with Layer Filters I can just show the ones I use:

With Blocks it's different:

It's impossible to get rid of unneeded Blocks (I've tried). It also doesn't seem possible to Re-Name them (to put them at the top of the list), and I don't know any way to Filter or Sort them. Any clever functionality out there I'm missing?

Juris,

How do you access the Re-Name command? The only thing I see is a "Save As" command which does not delete the original. So then you have yet another Block in the list:

Juris,

Thank you. I didn't know about the RENAME command.
