DYNAMIC BREAKLINE BLOCK

I want to incorporate the parameters of one breakline block (namely a scale parameter) into another breakline block I've got. I know I'm missing something in the selection of objects but just can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

may be You can ask questions about things You don't understand?

There is not very complicated things.

May be 1 thing - for scale actions (Scale1 and Scale2) Base type must be switch to independent and base point must be in the middle of  according stright line. And this scale actions must be included in other necessary actions (rotating an stretch2 and both move)
