Dynamic blocks updating slow

I have two PCs with AutoCAD 2013 Mechanical. The installations are exactly similar and are fully updated.

In a drawing I insert a dynamic block and update its parameters using Properties dialog box. It is not very comples and contains 11 parameters.

On PC1, the parameters update almost instantaneously while on P2 it takes alomost 2 seconds to update a parameter.

Can somebody help me with a solution? Thanks in Advance.

What about the PC setups/specs? Are these exactly the same? As in you cloned one harddrive and then used that to create the other and nothing has changed since then?

And the RAM and other hardware items are exactly the same?

Are they both online the same way? Does each user have the same profile?
